Scheduling

Shoots are scheduled Wednesday through Saturday

Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to begin the production process and to officially reserve your selected date on the calendar.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Retainer: Retainer fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled session.
Rescheduling (7 Days Notice): A rescheduling fee of $150 per person is required for changes made with less than 7 days' notice.
Rescheduling (72 Hours Notice): If you provide 72 hours or less notice, a $200 per person fee will be necessary.
Contact for Changes: Please inform us of any changes to your schedule as soon as possible via email or phone.
Missed Sessions: Missing a session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
Any invoice sent for the session will include a line item noting the payment is for the cancellation, not a full session.

Invoices

Clients are invoiced through PayPal via email (a PayPal account isn’t required).

A paid retainer fee constitutes acceptance of the policies outlined on the website.

All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Services or products will be sold at the current price when the session is booked for 30 days from the scheduled session.

Additional compensation may be required for any subsequent changes, additions,

or variations requested by the client, outside of the agreed-upon scope of a project.

Rachel Alves Photography is not liable to deliver every image taken at your session.

The determination of images delivered to the client is left to the discretion of Rachel Alves Photography.

Once final image selections have been made and retouching started, any changes to the final selections

will be charged at the cost of an additional image.

Image selections can be made at the end of the session or at a second appointment via a scheduled Zoom meeting.

The final post-production and editing styles, effects,

and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of Rachel Alves Photography.

Standard retouching includes removal of facial shine, basic stray hair removal

around the head, skin blemishes softening of lines, and whitening of teeth and eyes.

Special retouch services are more advanced and require you to know precisely what you want.

You will be asked to describe the desired work in detail,

and we will send you a quote based on that description and our review of the image(s).

Special retouches are subject to availability.

Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued.
