The process is intentionally designed to eliminate uncertainty,
reduce back-and-forth, and deliver images that hold up long-term

1. Inquiry & Direction
Every project begins with a short inquiry designed to clarify how your images will be used.
From there, I guide you toward the right type of session a focused headshot or a
branding photography experience based on scope, usage, and goals. This ensures
your session is intentional from the start, without guesswork or rushed decisions.
For branding projects, a planning consultation is required before scheduling
so the session is designed thoughtfully and efficiently.
2. The Session Experience
On session day, we begin with test images to dial in lighting, angles,
and wardrobe before moving into the main shoot.
Throughout the session, you’ll receive calm, clear direction with live image previews so we can refine details as we go. The experience is guided and collaborative never rushed allowing you to relax while we build toward your strongest results.
This approach creates images that feel confident, polished,
and natural rather than stiff or overworked.
3. Image Selection & Delivery
Image selection happens in-studio at the end of your session.
Headshot sessions include one final image, selected together
so retouching can begin efficiently. If additional images are needed,
they are chosen and finalized at that time.
Branding sessions result in a curated image collection aligned with your usage needs. Retouching begins once selections are confirmed, ensuring timely delivery and a streamlined process from start to finish.
