Why This Matters
Hi! I’m Rachel, and I’ll be helping you create a polished, professional headshot for DPR.
These headshots will be used in DPR proposals, on the company website, and in marketing materials
when clients are evaluating project teams. A polished, current headshot helps your company
make a strong first impression and keeps your team presentation consistent and professional.

Please complete the DPR Headshot Date Request Form to send your preferred appointment dates and session details.
Your requested dates will be reviewed, and the final appointment date will be confirmed with you. Once your date is approved, an invoice will be sent for payment. Your session is officially confirmed once payment is received.
Important Booking Notes
Because studio time is reserved and paid for in advance, the session fee is non-refundable once booked.
Please give at least 7 days notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice
or no-shows require a $165 rebooking fee to reserve new studio time.

What Happens During Your Session
The Goal Is To Create A Headshot You Actually Love & Your Proud To Use!

We’ll review your two looks together and choose the strongest option for your headshot.

We’ll photograph three different angles so you can see what feels best.

We’ll fine-tune your expression until it feels natural and confident.

You’ll choose your favorite final image.

The selected image will be retouched together, reducing or removing anything distracting.

You’ll receive your finished headshot, and DPR will receive the transparent background file.
Before You Arrive
Please make sure your shirts are clean, ironed, and ready to
photograph. A quick grooming check is also helpful before your session.
If needed, please trim:

choose what photographs best.
